In case of fire first three hours are known Golden Hours by fire brigade. The fire brigade will take three hours to reach the site of fire. The safety department has to ensure evacuation of their manpower during these three hours. During fire there is blackout. The insulation of the electrical cable starts burning due to short circuit. India has 92000 km road as per National Highway Authority of India, NHAI, As per Ministry of Road & Highway Transport we are adding 1000 km per day. Radium paint is of great use on road. In countries like Netherland & Germany, The accidents are reduced considerably. Radium paint is being used on road. The traditional method of road lane marking is to use thermoplastic powder having titanium dioxide & glass bids. These markings glow when light from headlight falls on it. Whereas Radium thermoplastic powder developed by Indra Technologies glow in pitch dark. The road is visible from almost 500 meters. Further Radium paint is useful for dividers, quarter stone, footpath, flower beds, curved stones, girders, speed breaker, etc. The Radium paint works just as a street light. It should be noted that, most of the accidents take place in night due to darkness. The radium paint is useful in tunnel, bridge & curvatures.
The Radium paint is based on polyurethane formulation. Its two pack paint, resin & hardener in 3:1 ratio by volume respectively. First white base coat is to be applied in 3:1 ratio by volume. After one hour Radium paint is to be applied with same mixing ratio. The resin is blended with Radium pigment. Since the pigment size is high in the tune of 15 micron plus it is recommended to use spray painting method using compressor. The complete drying time is 24 hours for Radium paint. It is air cured.

Indra Glowtech offers a revolutionary concept in paint industry, Night Glow paint. It is branded as Moonlight brand. This paint is also known as photo luminescent or phosphorescent paint. It has got a very unique property. It absorbs the light falling on it & glows in dark as much as 6 to 8 hours. The paint is manufactured with polyurethane as base. It comes in two pack system. 800 ml resin & 200 ml hardener. The hardener & resin should be mixed stirred well. After mixing the pot life is one hour. It should be applied by spray painting method. It can be applied by brush or roller however bristle mark will be observed. Application by spray painting gives a very uniform layer. A white base coat of polyurethane is should be applied if the surface is having color other than night glow. This paint can be applied on metal, plastic, concrete, cement, etc. Being polyurethane the durability of the paint is very high. With one liter night glow the yield is 70 square feet. It can give 210 running feet of 4 inch width.

Direction to apply:
The night glow paint comes as polyurethane formulation.
First, we have to apply a white base coat. It contains 250 ml hardliner and 750 ml resin. The painter should use small 250 ml spray gun. He should mix hardener to a resin in 1:3 part by volume. After thorough mixing, the paint should be sprayed by applying compressed air. The spraying should be completed within an hour. The base coat should be allowed to dry for an hour.
The night glow paint should be applied as a second coat. The mixing ratio & method is the same as the base coat. However, the night glow paint should be stirred very well so that resin & powder gets mixed uniformly. Further, during spraying, the spray gun should be shaken so that pigment do not get settled at the bottom of the spray gun. This coat should also be allowed to dry for an hour.
The clear coat should be applied by the same method.
The touch dry period is about three hours & complete drying period is three hours.
The lane marking will now look white in daylight & glow in the dark.

Direction to apply:
The night glow paint comes as polyurethane formulation.
First we have to apply white base coat. It contains 250 ml hardner and 750 ml resin. The painter should use small 250 ml spray gun. He should mix hardner to resin in 1:3 part by volume. After thorough mixing the paint should be sprayed by applying compressed air. The spraying should be completed within an hour. The basecoat should be allowed to dry for an hour.
The night glow paint should be applied as a second coat. The mixing ratio & method same as base coat. However the night glow paint should be stirred very well so that resin & powder gets mixed uniformly. Further during spraying the spray gun should be shaken so that pigment do not get settled at the bottom of the spray gun. This coat should also be allowed to dry for an hour.
The clear coat should be applied by same method.
The touch dry period is about three hours & complete drying period is three hours.
The lane marking will now look white in day light & glow in dark

Description: Indra Glowtech offers a revolutionary concept in paint industry, Night Glow paint. It is branded as Moonlight brand. This paint is also known as photo luminescent or phosphorescent paint. It has got a very unique property. It absorbs the light falling on it & glows in dark as much as 6 to 8 hours. The paint is manufactured with polyurethane as base. It comes in two pack system. 800 ml resin & 200 ml hardener. The hardener & resin should be mixed stirred well. After mixing the pot life is one hour. It should be applied by spray painting method. It can be applied by brush or roller however bristle mark will be observed. Application by spray painting gives a very uniform layer. A white base coat of polyurethane is should be applied if the surface is having color other than night glow. This paint can be applied on metal, plastic, concrete, cement, etc. Being polyurethane the durability of the paint is very high. With one liter night glow the yield is 70 square feet. It can give 210 running feet of 4 inch width.
It finds its application for marking helipad on rigs, ships, vessels, airports, etc. In case of power failure this paint glows in dark in radium green color. The color in daylight is white. It is very useful in case of emergency landing in dark.
APPLICATION METHOD: Mix Resin & Hardner in 1: 4 Ratio. Apply by spray painting method. The painting should be completed within one hour. Basecoat of white polyurethane is recommended for best results
