Night Glow Ink
Special feature: This ink is white in color in light & in the darkness it glows in radium green shade.Other shade available is blue indark It take about 3-4 hours to get charged by tube light & in total darkness glows about 5-6 hours.
Principle of operation: The pigments in the ink Strontium Aluminate doped with Europium, Dysprosium absorb the light falling on it & get charged. When outer light energy level goes down it starts emitting light in green color.
Application method: These inks are applied by screen printing method.Coarse screen of 60 mesh shouldbe used. Prior to night glow ink, white base coat of pvc medium ink should be used. This ink is naturally curing type. It takes around 30 minuted to fully dried up. It should be noted that the ink is to be stirred well before application.
